What is your cancellation policy?

  • Your reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of your trip. All deposits are made non-refundable & non-transferable upon booking date. 

 

When does our time start?​​​​​

  • ​​Your time does not start until the vehicle is on site for pick up. If the vehicle is more than 25 minutes from 47201 zip code, additional fees may apply.

 

Is there a hourly minimum?

  • Yes, we require a 2 hour minimum normally, however please feel free to reach out about shorter trips as well. Some blackout dates may apply. (Ex. Prom season, holidays, etc.) 

 

What is gratuity/how much is required?​

  • Gratuity is a customary tip for the driver, the industry standard is set for 20%. We only require 18%, however you are welcome to tip more for exceptional service. *(Gratuity is based on BEFORE discounted rates, unless otherwise specified)*

 

Can we bring alcohol in the limousine? 

  • Yes! You can however, local laws apply. Passengers MUST be 21 years of age. Ice will be provided by request at time of booking. *(Warfield's Limousine will not be held responsible for any/all alcohol brought into the limousine after time of client pickup.)*

 

What if we are running behind at pick up, drop off, other destination?

  • We understand that delays can occur, which is why we provide up to a 20 min buffer for every trip, we understand that life can not always go to plan. Rest assured, we can also split into half hour blocks for billing purposes if additional time is needed.

 

What is my deposit used for/why is it needed?

  • The deposit ($150.00) is used to secure that specific day for the limousine/car service. This is an industry standard. The deposit money is subtracted from the final cost at the completion of trip.
